Hot Start Taq DNA polymerase, a hot-start enzyme, is a preferred choice for PCR/qPCR molecular diagnostic reagents due to its high stability, sensitivity, and specificity. By combining Taq DNA polymerase with Taq antibody in an optimal ratio, the enzyme's activity is effectively blocked at temperatures up to 55℃, reducing non-specific amplification during mixing and system heating. When the reaction reaches 95℃ for over 30 seconds, the Taq antibody is fully inactivated, enabling complete activation of Taq enzyme and ensuring highly accurate amplification.
